"Quirky blend of Yarra Valley sauvignon blanc (75%), semillon (11%) and muscadelle (14%). Matured in old oak. History of ageing remarkably well. Sealed under DIAM cork. Bready, earthen, almost spicy. Floral. Delicate around the edges but powerful at its core. Lingering, citrussy length. Reserved in a way, but has it all up its sleeve."
