[SOLD-OUT] Mount Mary Reflexion Pinot Noir 2018

"The 2018 Reflexion Pinot spent 18 months maturing in barrel, a little longer than is typical of Mount Mary Pinot Noir nowadays. The hope was this wine would build a touch more power and concentration with an extended period in oak. It’s a fine-boned wine of pure Pinot expression. The nose opens with cherry, just ripe raspberry, quintessential Mount Mary Pinot quince and cinnamon to add a touch of spice to the aroma profile.

The palate is elegant and light-bodied, with just enough concentration and flesh. It has developed an extra layer of secondary complexity in place of overt primary fruit due to the extended time spent ageing in barrel. A food friendly style that is likely to continue to evolve over the next 2-5 years."
