"Spicy, red cherry, subtle meaty character with a rub of sweet dried herbs. Light, tangy, very fresh with kitten tongue tannin, slighly sappy/sour tomato acidity, and small amount of vanilla oak in support. Certainly not over-ripe here, and as per usual, a wine that needs some cellaring to allow it to unfurl and show its best."
