Slightly stewed, floral and briary aromas of quince, cherries and raspberries are lifted by scents of rose petals, five spice and nutmeg. Silky, smooth and seamless, its unctuous, sappy palate of juicy sweet cherries and plums is tightly wrapped in the finest of tannins, finishing with savoury spices. Its balance, intensity and texture are simply delightful, and will only develop with time in the bottle. Drink 2012-2016.'
