From our ‘Rhone Project’ vineyard plantings, our Rosé is made in the direct press method. Half the fruit is whole bunch pressed and the remaining half destemmed prior to pressing. Fermented in stainless steel to retain freshness and fruit purity, with some lees work to add subtle complexity." - Mount Mary
