Dry grown Shiraz vines from 80 to 108 years old produced the hand-picked grapes for this ultra premium, complex, velvety wine.
Fermented in open tanks this wine was basket pressed and matured in mixed age French oak hogsheads.
The wine was bottled after 25 months barrel maturation.
