A delicate and persistent mousse sits on a beautiful pale salmon color. The nose has delicate notes of strawberries and red flowers whilst the palate shows more green fruits character typical of the Glera variety. Calling it a delicious prosecco would be an understatement!
This DOC is a brand new one in the Prosecco world. It allows between 10% and 15% of Pinot Noir (vinified in red)." - Montelliana
