"The wine in the The Maitre D' comes from the McLaren Vale grapes grown on the ancient red soils of our Coppermine Road block and the deep dark soils of our Long Gully Road block. They give richness and substance. We then add the exquisitely fragrant Cabernet we make from Joppich's block in Langhorne Creek.
