"The grapes were grown on the Mollydooker Home, Coppermine Road, Long Gully Road, Fragos, Ryans Road, Seaview, Reedy Creek, Hawthorn Ridge, Booths & Martins Road vineyards in McLaren Vale and Birchmore & Joppich in Langhorne Creek. Barrel fermented and matured in 100% American oak using 42% new, 42% one year old and 16% two year old barrels.
This alluring and unashamedly bold Shiraz has hints of spiced plums, blackberry jam and cherry all at the fore and finishes with coffee cream, licorice and vanilla. Full bodied with vibrant berry fruit characteristics, yet elegant with restrained tannins, resulting in a soft mouthfeel."
