[SOLD-OUT] Mendel Lunta Malbec 2013

The 2013 Lunta Malbec is a blend from old Malbec vineyards planted in 1928 in Mayor Drummond in Luján de Cuyo. Some 50-60% of the wine matured in well-seasoned French oak barriques for one year after fermenting in stainless steel. The nose is completely fruit-driven with cherries, raspberries and also flowers accented by faint notes of spices. The palate is fresh and vibrant with flavors of crushed berries and distant hints form the oak, in a harmonious way. This is a very tasty, classic Malbec that feels polished.
