"Grapes were picked in March-April. The base wine was fermented in stainless steel for 7 - 10 days with no oak maturation. It was then immediately distilled in a pot still using traditional methods.
Alcohol by Volume: 38 %
Made by three consecutive pot-still distillations with the final brandy "heart" aged in new Limousin oak hogsheads. This is a blend of 2 selected old show brandies from 1963 and 1973 vintages. McWilliam's have a highly successful record in brandy classes in the National shows and this brandy is considered our best."
