"Immediately all the hallmarks of Margaret River Chardonnay leap from the glass; nashi pear, white peach and crushed cashews. A palate that delivers both freshness and flavour.  Saline, arrowhead acidity carries an abundance of ripe stone fruit characters, whilst subtle toasted almonds linger on the finish, indicative of the large oak casks.
