"Hard not to admire this wine. It pushes the boundaries of ripeness but it keeps itself both fresh and nice. It feels fluid, transparent and bright, its berried fruits angling gently into coal and cocoa-like characters. Both impressive and more-ish at once. Indeed it’s both vinous and grapey at once; a point inherent to its considerable appeal."
