[SOLD-OUT] Matrot Puligny-Montrachet Chalume 2019

 

Vines with an average age of 25 years. Indigenous fermentation in one- to three-year-old oak barrels. Undergoes complete MLF. The wine spent 15 months maturing on lees (no stirring) in oak. Final three months' ageing in stainless steel prior to bottling.
“The village of Puligny is famous for its grands crus. The Chalumeaux terroir is located near Hameau de Blagny, on a hillside facing east and on very rocky marly limestone soil.
