"Average age of vines: 20-25 years. First year of production was 1896; as of the 2003 vintage the best Dolcetto grapes from all our vineyards are all used to make this wine. The soils of Serralunga convey exceptional structure to this grape, which offers characteristic freshness and fragrance." - Massolino

It's bright and juicy, with flavours of Satsuma plum and red and black cherry, as well as aromatic violet bouncing around the palate.
