Serralunga d’Alba. Total skin contact of 14 days and aged for two years in large 40- to100-hl oak casks. 5.8 g/l acidity.
Just mid ruby, lustrous, with the beginning of orange tinges. Savoury nose at first with a peppery edge and hint of liquorice with ripe fruit lurking underneath. Minerally and with a touch of oak. Super-fresh, elegant and with tannic bite on a racy fruit finish. Really appetising.
