"The driest and most modern version of Marsuret’s Proseccos. The crisp air flowing through the small mountain pass of San Boldo slows the ripening of the grapes, giving them great freshness and acidity. The essence of “San Boldo” remains delicate with an elegant complexity; a true reflection of the power of terroir. The perlage is lively and fine. The bouquet is intense with apples, elderflower and wisteria. The palate is dry and has excellent structure, persisting with minerality.
