A touch of sulphide, white peach/nectarine, lemon oil and grilled nuts and oatmeal. It's a quiet wine that's soft and creamy, but tight, fresh and minerally too. Lovely oak treatment. Has a long mildly spicy grapefruit accented finish that's most appealing. Looked a little austere on opening, but given a day expanded and built complexity and richness.."

"This has plenty of complexity in all dimensions. It smells fresh and lively, with plenty of oak-derived savoury characters, stone fruits, melons, lemon citrus and baking spices. The palate's quite intensely flavoured, with citrus and nectarine, lemon curd and plenty of oak here again, turning chalky through the finish."
