"Good wine. It tastes of eucalypt and blackcurrant, plums and malt, and both its slippery texture and hearty, dark, medium-weight fruitiness are pretty much spot on. This tasted good at the tasting bench and so served it to some folks later at dinner, and it was roundly praised - always a good sign."
