"The grapes originate from eight locations that are mostly located on the left bank of the River Serein, and are blended to create this authentic Chablis. The varying soil dates back to the Kimmeridgian period, with relatively deep clay loam, containing marl and oyster fossils. Quite rich in limestone. 100% Chardonnay with an average vine age of more than 35 years.

The wine should be aired or carafed before tasting. This Chablis reveals white fruit notes such as peach, and has a persistent mineral structure. In the mouth, a stony sensation which is so typical of Chablis makes this a round and pure wine." - Louis Michel
