"Having enjoyed another magical season of fresh breeze and warm soil in our tech-connected eco-conscious, bee-friendly vineyard, the 2021 Electric Magnolia Arinto 3.0 was ready for harvest. Crafted from two unique clones, these hand-harvested lovelies were picked extra cool in the early morning and gently pressed on ice over a long period of time, then sent to tank for their chilly extended fermentation. In her almost Antarctic world, she dropped less than one Brix per day, cold settled on lees and left alone to preserve all her delicious electrifying texture and nuance. This vegan-friendly wine is driven to please on a warm, sunny day where it promises to energise and stimulate the palate.
