[SOLD-OUT] Levantine Hill Estate Rose 2017

Faint strawberry and cream scents, dash of sweet spice, some lovely gamey-meaty notes, a whiff of cedar/clove. The palate is cranberry/pomegranate fruit orientated with an overlay of game meat savouriness. I like where this is going. Mouthfeel, that weird word but well applied here, is supple, lightly palate staining, delightful. Length of flavour is excellent too. A complex, very satisfying rose here.
