This wine displays a deep purple colour with a powerful bouquet of spicy, cracked pepper and anise that overlays a palate which exhibits complex Rhone characteristics of ripe dark cherry, black olives and truffles. The wine is supported by a tight acid backbone and fine integrated tannins, which will ensure it develops well over the next 3-5 years
