“Smells floral with whiffs of green apple and grapefruit. Juicy and fresh to taste, the palate is a cavalcade of brisk apple/citrus tang set around mouthwatering acidity. It’s a very refreshing style that could cellar well but feels raring to go. A touch nervous at this stage, but a couple of months and this thing will be singing as warmer days return.”
