Robust, full-bodied merlot. Or full-bodied for the most part. Grunty blackberry flavours meet mulberry, sweet raspberry and dried herb. Slinky, musky, creamy oak oozes throughout. Smooth up-front but grainy through the finish. Needs time to knit/iron itself out but above-average quality for Australian merlot"
