“Dead set this smells like a Pauillac/Hunter cross. Aromas of cassis, pencil, violet, earth, licorice and a little dark chocolate. On the palate it’s supple and smooth with fine grained tannin and flavours of blackcurrant, earth, licorice, chocolate and pencily cedar oak. Beautifully balanced. No alcohol heat but lots of flavour. Very long. I love this wine. ”
