[SOLD-OUT] Lake Breeze Arthurs Reserve Cabernets 2019

 

"A blend of 88% Cabernet, 10% Malbec and 2% Petit Verdot, this wine is truly handcrafted from the vineyard through to the finished product. The resultant wine shows classic blackcurrant aromas with violets, mint and savoury characters. The palate has great depth and silkiness and shows wonderful intensity and length of flavour. With correct cellaring this wine will drink beautifully over the next 15-20 years.

The grapes were carefully selected from 40-50 year old vines from our family vineyard on the famous Langhorne Creek flood plain. The wine was then aged in 100% French Oak for 21 months with only the best barrels of the vintage chosen for the final blend, which remained unfined and unfiltered." - Lake's Breeze
