Aromas of creme caramel, stewed apple with cinnamon, dried bananas, nutmeg, smooth creamy oak, spearmint, minerality. Baking spices, pepper and sea salt. Brown sugar, stewed apples, dried bananas and creme caramel. With water there is a Bourbon-esque kick of orange, licorice, and rye spice. Luscious, complex and balanced.
