Wine Advocate 92 points!"The 2005 Shiraz "Oracle" was aged in 100% French oak, 50% new. Purple-colored, it exhibits aromas of cedar, damp earth, mint, blueberry, and blackberry. Made in a focused, racy, elegant style, it has luscious flavors, excellent balance, and a long, pure finish. It has several years of aging potential but can be enjoyed now and over the next 15 years."

Jeremy Oliver 94 points!"Lavishly ripened and assertively oaked, this dark and concentrated shiraz marries heady, sweet blackberry, plum and currant-like fruit with smoky, cedary and vanilla oak. Backed by suggestions of star anise and minerals, it's a fraction warm and spirity but its juicy, slightly tarry fruit integrates neatly with a ripe, powdery spine of quite firm, grainy tannins. It finishes with a lingering core of fruit and a hint of menthol."
