Jeremy Oliver Rating 90!"A finely constructed and elegant Coonawarra cabernet whose vibrant aromas of blackberries, mulberries, and cedar reveal nuances of dried herbs and a hint of capsicum, with earthy and slightly muddy undertones. Medium to full in weight, it's fine and restrained, with a moderate length of vibrant cassis, mulberry, dark plum and cherry flavours framed by slightly green-edged and metallic tannins. Very well made, but lacking the genuine fruit intensity and density of the wines that made Katnook famous. Drink 2011-2015."
