[A] good year for Clarry's because it's showing some cool restraint. Sweetness is high, but so is spice and a lemony twinge of acidity that keeps the wine perky and fresh, and better yet, medium bodied. It glides effortlessly across the palate, a total guzzler that, dare I say lest the wrath of the Barossa old, you could almost knock a chill into and enjoy. Texture is almost crunchy though it's glossy too. Joy! Simple things..."
