"Deep red/purple colour. The aromas are shy and savoury, with licorice and black fruits. Chaffy Barossa notes emerged later. It's full-bodied and dense, chewy textured and rich. Lots of concentration.. oak is happily not overdone. A few years should see this mellow into a very good drink."
