Its smoky, meaty aromas of dark plums, mint and menthol reveal undertones of musk, prune and currant, while its palate shows a surprisingly degree of fruit sweetness and brightness. A deep and focused core of ripe berry and plum flavour is framed by firm, fine and drying tannins, with a distinctive finish of pepper and spice, mint and menthol. Drink 2015-2023.
