Ripe lemons and lots of them! Crisp and dry, lemon juice and lemon zest on both the nose and palate, with a long, cleansing, spicy finish. From a latish, cooler vintage, it has the usual power to match fuller flavoured dishes or simply enjoy as a great aperitif.
