"The Bourgogne Blanc is from the vineyards 'Les Pellans' and 'Champ Perrièrs', located in Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet respectively. The wine has been aged on wood for about 8 to 9 months, without using new barrels. In the nose this wine expresses a full powerful impression, with apple and lime, some orange and a touch of white pepper. The taste is pure, full, with pleasant acidity, a nice mineral undertone and a lot of fruit. Clearly a JanotsBos 2021 wine! The finish shows a lot of freshness and fits perfectly." - Janots and Bos
"Introducing Thierry Janots and Richard Bos. Two excellent winemakers with a passion for wines from the Côte d'Or, Bourgogne. In their winery in Meursault they make wines of the highest quality, brilliantly expressing the famous Burgundy terroir. They avoid additives and superfluous manipulations.
In 2005 they founded their own winery. Thierry has worked for numerous famous wineries, like Joseph Drouhin, Louis Latour and Domaine des Comtes Lafon. Richard worked in the Netherlands in gastronomy. Almost ten years after his education in Beaune, he followed his heart and went back to Burgundy. In 2005 they decided to join forces and founded JanotsBos. Although both are skilled winemakers, Thierry is focusing on the technical aspects, the wine making, whereas Richard is focusing on the marketing and commercial activities.
