Warner Vineyard. 100% whole bunch fermentation, long 50 day extended maceration. Pressed to old 500L barrels for 12 months, bottled unfiltered and unfined. Wild and gamey this year, lots of mescal/tequila notes, then brambly wildness and prettier red fruits.
