“From a single vineyard in Koonunga parish of Barossa Valley. Raised in stainless steel. Not much of this variety would make light of day in the Barossa!
Bright red raspberry fruitiness, amaro, white pepper, it’s a vibrant thing to sniff on. Crunchy and sweet-sour to taste, fine web of tannins lending some structure and strictness, juicy acidity lending a hand. It’s easy going but has plenty of bony structure. This is a cracking drink. Well recommended.”
