This Rosé is uniquely made from a blend of our rare Germanic grape, Trollinger, plus other Adelaide Hills red fruit. Made in the typical French Provencal style, it features a pale watermelon juice colour, with a succulent nose of red cherries and apples. The palate is electric and exciting with bright cherry and apple flavours offset by an exhilarating natural acidity that reminds one of skating on polished ice! The long finish has you salivating for another sip. Perfectly matched to freshly shucked oysters and all your favourite seafoods and South East Asian cuisine.
