"This is an exciting release. Pure Clare, pure Watervale, pure Grosset and pure riesling. Dry, chalky, talc-like and long. Sometimes dryness has a glitter to it, a cut, the sensation of quartz. It does here. Lime zest and lime juice notes give the flavours flow, run, race. Arrestingly good."

There are typically restrained aromatics, pure lime zest and lemon juice flavours with savoury overtones, taut structure and lively zingy acidity with some flinty notes to finish.
