"Grosset pinot noir is a wine that rarely lacks power. It's fairly small make " about 400 dozen.
This release is a powerful wine with a silken texture, which makes it promising (or at least enjoyable) from the start. It tastes of dark cherries and autumn leaves, oak-spice and cranberries " it's like a tug-of-war between sweet ripeness and more savoury, herbal, undergrowthy elements. It has good length and lovely balance " though its slinky/soft texture is arguably the highlight of the wine."
