Despite the small production, the wine's quality is widely acknowledged. In 1993, the year of its first release, the wine was named 'Red Wine of the Year' in the Australian Financial Review's Weekend Magazine and is now rated by Gourmet Traveller Wine as one of Australia 'Top 20 Pinot Noirs'.
