Gary Walsh 94 Points!"Opened up with strong earthy animal smells (quite Bordelais) but these faded into the background as ripe blackcurrant, cherry, tobacco, violet and the cedary oak came up. On the palate there are flavours of blackcurrant, cherry, earth and chocolate.Plenty of grainy grippy tannin. Still fresh and lively. Beautifully structured. Pure ripe fruit. Long tannic tobacco flavoured finish."
