"This block was planed to select cuttings from our 4 estate Shiraz parcels. The palate is dense and rich with luscious plum sauce and blackcurrant sweetness balanced with the cracked black peppercorn spice. Dill and sage provide a savoury aspect to the finish that drives long with toffee, coco powder and dusty oak.
I’m amazed that a wine at 17% alcohol can still show cool climate black pepper nuances and be so balanced. This young vineyard is starting to really hit its straps for quality and balance.”
