Islay is the home of iconic Scotch whisky and is also where the producer has sourced spirit for The Glencallum Single Malt. After tasting over 50 barrels from all over Islay only 3 were chosen from a single distillery on the Northern edge of the island to create a refined Islay style full of sweet, smoky, iodine notes beautifully balanced with a blend of fine oak casks and finishing with significant finesse.
