"Giovanni Rosso Langhe Nebbiolo is a premium Italian red wine made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes grown in the Langhe region of Piedmont. This multi-vineyard blend comes from holdings around Serralunga d’Alba and nearby Roddino, which has the same calibre of white soils. Fermentation takes place in cement, with a shorter maceration to retain fruity purity, aromatics and drinkability. Six months spent in large Slovenian oak botti give it a composed, silky sheen.
