Giant Steps have forged a reputation for delivering some of the Australia’s most over-performing Pinot Noir and Chardonnays. Their single vineyard offerings are made from hand-picked fruit from some of Yarra Valley's finest sites, four of which are represented in this pack.
Applejack is a prized vineyard of the estate, expressing a Chardonnay that is tight, stony and powerful. Alongside it here is a Chardonnay from Tarraford, a vineyard which produces a pithy, saline and softly textured wine.
Sexton vineyard was established by the winery's founder, yielding a dark-fruited, spicy Pinot Noir that offers the grainy structure to age. Alongside it is a Pinot Noir from Primavera, making a wine that is floral, red fruited, fragrant and soft.
