"Musky and floral, with aromas of pears and a heady perfume of almost traminer-like spiciness, this generous and savoury roussanne has its share of wild, meaty development. Its lingering, juicy core of citrus and paw paw flavour is underpinned by a fine, powdery texture, while it culminates in perhaps a fractionally sweet finish of tangy, mineral acids. Not as punchy as some of its predecessors; but perhaps a little tighter."
