"Super aromatic, loaded with toffee apple, nashi pear, cinnamon and musk sticks, lychee and clove. Slippery texture in a great sense with cool acidity keeping it perky despite the slip and slide. More pear, dried apple, licks of honey and cinnamon again. Spicy to an almost tactile point. Lovely stuff here, and so well judged. Beautiful expression." - Mike Bennie
