"Tightly wound fruit and oak profile, red currants, cranberry, spice. Earthiness in the mix too. Juicy, but there's concentration and chalky tannins keeping the wine interesting and flavored long. Crunch crunch through the finish. Subtle, subdued but lots to enjoy in the personality of fruit here. Balance of many things done well here, though retains a quiet subtlety. Well-honed wine."

"Sweet smelling, ripe strawberry and chocolate, sweet herbs. Juicy medium bodied palate all chocolate and raspberry, light chewy tannin, some game and a pretty good finish " some warmth on exit. Succulent. Easy to drink. Tasty."
