"Red wine in a riesling bottle. And the personality doesn’t stop there. This is a ferrous, inky, smoky red wine underpinned by red and black berry flavours but with its heart firmly set on savouriness. In fact there’s a bit of reduction here but it works in context, and then some. Barbecued meats and a bottle of this and you’d be away. It sits a smidgen above mid weight, it’s ribbed with tannin and it has complexity all sewn up. Excellent." - Wine Front
